PPC’s Mobile Training Experience is a hands-on learning tool. The purpose is to raise the awareness of drop related issues that plague the operational budget. Our training experience educates installers, line techs, contractors, and general management about drop related products, capital and operational expenses, installation practices, and craft related issues. Understanding these areas creates efficiency as it reduces the operating costs that are caused from unnecessary service calls. This reduces operational expenses and reduces churn.
Goals of PPC Mobile Experience:
- To stress the importance of proper craftsmanship relating to network passive products through a root cause analysis
- To quantify operational costs and savings
- To create opportunities to better understand the problems that affect professionals in their field experience, and to develop methods of improvement in these issues
