Belden and its PPC brand offers a wide variety of underground vaults ranging in material, size and tier rating to meet diverse applications for the CATV industry.
The material of these vaults are the following: FRP (unique blend of polymer concrete rings and high-impact reinforced fiberglass sidewalls), polymer concrete (provides medium to heavy duty vaults to maintain durability) and HDPE (delivers a reliable high-density polyethylene solution).
All vaults meet or exceed the SCTE77 standard and are tested to the applicable loading requirements for pedestrian or light duty traffic, up to AASHTO heavy vehicular traffic.
