The PPC Optiscale Pivoting Solution is a high density fiber management system of panels, chassis and splitters that allows up to 48 x SC simplex connections or 96 x LC, and 96 P2P LC connections in a single 1U of rack space
Pivoting Panel: The panel is ‘pre-configured’ and ‘installation-ready’ with an initial capacity of 96 PON connections. One 13mm conduit is pre-assembled at the rear of the chassis for easy insertion of the loose tubes. Its pivoting design makes the splicing tray and splitter connectors easily accessible.
Internal Splitter Chassis: The splitter features pre-terminated PLC splitters fixed inside and patched to angled LC adapters. This 'pre-configured' and 'installation-ready' chassis boasts an initial capacity of 96 PON connections.
External Splitter Chassis: The 1U 96 splitter optimizes installation by fixing pre-terminated PLC splitters directly to the side. Its 'pre-configured' and 'installation-ready' design, featuring a pre-assembled 13mm conduit for loose tubes at the rear, ensures ease of insertion and accessibility to the splicing tray and splitter connectors with the pivoting design.
P2P Pivoting Chassis: The chassis comes pre-loaded with 12x 8F harness cables LC/APC to LC/APC, numbered for easy identification and efficient on-site assembly. The pivoting design minimizes fiber patchcord movement during MACs.
